About the Get Back to Healthy study

Researchers from the University of Sydney are looking for people with low back pain to participate in a study.

The research is looking at the benefits helping people to stay on track with the treatment plans that have been recommended by their GP, physiotherapist, or chiropractor, for managing their low back pain.

Who can take part?

We are looking for people who meet the following criteria:

  1. Adults over the age of 18 years

  2. Had low back pain for more than 12 weeks

  3. Have received treatment for low back pain from a GP, physiotherapist, or chiropractor within the last 6 months.

  4. Good hearing and eyesight to participate in physical activity safely.

  5. Walk independently, with or without the help of a walking aid (e.g., walking stick).
